If you’ve been wondering what’s with all of those links in my sidebar and why some work while others are simply not active, well the answer is quite simple…I’ve been working hard behind the scenes on a video course and eBook that were intended for release to help passive income seekers such as yourself gain a footing in the profitable website flipping market.

After careful consideration, I’ve decided to forgo selling the eBook and actually provide it as free content here on FlippaChick.com — hence the outline of topics in my sidebar.

Despite chopping the guide up and providing it as content, the over-the-shoulder video modules of how to design and build your own niche websites from start to finish will remain apart of the website flipping course due out soon.

In the meantime, you can jump start your niche website building efforts by following along with the free course.

…So What’s In It for You?

If you have struggled with certain aspects of designing, building, and transferring a website, this course is for you. Whether you’re a newbie or you’ve flipped a website before, this course covers the following:

  1. Step-by-step tutorials on the basics of site flipping
  2. Learn how to do accurate keyword research for your niche and content
  3. Uncover various website flipping strategies to maximize your ROI
  4. Discover how to design your niche website and optimize it for SEO
  5. Learn how to navigate the domain and website transfer process

So what happened to Flippa Chick?!?

Unfortunately, over the course of two weeks I’ve managed to blow through two web hosts, lose two weeks worth of business across 15 active domains that bring in monthly revenue, and suffered the fate of transferring 70+ domains, files, and databases to a new host. All in all, I can say that it has been an eventful past two weeks of which I hope I never have to go through again.

On a much brighter note, if you can’t tell already, Flippa Chick has received yet another face lift — one that I hope will be in place for quite a while. In addition, you may also notice that what once functioned as a part business website and part blog, has now been fully converted into a blog.

This change has been long overdue, and in my efforts to focus more on personal projects and blogging, as of  December 9th, I discontinued accepting private client work in order to launch several projects yearning to become more than just a “good idea.”

Additionally, I wasn’t doing my blog justice by going months (…okay well one month) without updating content. Truth be told, there are over 20 posts sitting in “draft” right now just waiting to be published, but between working on personal projects and handling private client work, I felt that something had to go — and unfortunately it was my blog.

With the recent changes that have taken place, I will now have more time to focus my efforts on not only writing what I feel will be beneficial blog posts, but also launching three business ventures over the next couple of months that will demand quite a bit of my attention.

Don’t Forget YOU In the Grand Scheme of Things

I’ve been a site building and flipping maniac working full speed ahead for the past month and a half. During that time, plans to expand my own personal niche website empire have taken a back seat — dare I say even have fallen to the wayside. Unfortunately, the countless hours that I put in working for private clients and listing websites through Flippa and other avenues has completely zapped any time I set aside to build personal websites for the various CPA campaigns I run as well as personal niche websites I  would like to start up in order to continue making money passively.

…that led me to truly revamping the way I work. I began to notice some things, particularly about my business model, that aren’t healthy if I wish to stay profitable.

Are You Working On You?

Have you ever stopped to think that while you’re spending countless hours helping your clients profits, that you haven’t taken the time to do it for yourself? If you can create a website or e-course for a client, then surely you can spend a few hours each week building that same profitable income stream for yourself too.

Establish a Game Plan

Establish a Website Building Game Plan

If you are really serious about not working for “hard,” but “smart” the rest of your life, then you need to start early. Begin by developing a weekly game plan for what type of website you’d like to build that will earn you income passively. For instance, a typical week for me looks like:

  • Monday: Perform niche research (here I found profitable, low competition keywords that I would like to build a website around)
