If you’ve been wondering what’s with all of those links in my sidebar and why some work while others are simply not active, well the answer is quite simple…I’ve been working hard behind the scenes on a video course and eBook that were intended for release to help passive income seekers such as yourself gain a footing in the profitable website flipping market.
After careful consideration, I’ve decided to forgo selling the eBook and actually provide it as free content here on FlippaChick.com — hence the outline of topics in my sidebar.
Despite chopping the guide up and providing it as content, the over-the-shoulder video modules of how to design and build your own niche websites from start to finish will remain apart of the website flipping course due out soon.
In the meantime, you can jump start your niche website building efforts by following along with the free course.
…So What’s In It for You?
If you have struggled with certain aspects of designing, building, and transferring a website, this course is for you. Whether you’re a newbie or you’ve flipped a website before, this course covers the following:
- Step-by-step tutorials on the basics of site flipping
- Learn how to do accurate keyword research for your niche and content
- Uncover various website flipping strategies to maximize your ROI
- Discover how to design your niche website and optimize it for SEO
- Learn how to navigate the domain and website transfer process

A few weeks ago I listed one of my start-up niche websites for sale in my niche content store. The website, Natural Beauty Help, focuses on homemade and DIY beauty tips, products, and recipes.
Originally, it was intended to be another website that I flip, however, during its time spent waiting for a buyer in my eStore, I decided to analyze the traffic it was receiving via Statpress.
Unfortunately, just a few days before I had suffered at the hands of having to move this website over to another one of my hosting accounts. Because of that unexpected downtime, I was anxious to see what — if any affect it had on the website.
As I was analyzing some of the traffic that the website was bringing in, I noticed two things in particular:
- All my traffic was organic traffic (e.g. coming via search engines), and,
- All of my traffic was coming from Yahoo! search.
In all honesty, I went along my merry way not really paying it any mind because of what I deemed to be “dismal numbers” until I took a look at the keywords that were the driving force behind the traffic I was receiving. As it turns out, my website was — and still is — sitting in the top five (and for some keywords number one) spot on Yahoo.
It took about a week before I actually realized that I indeed had an underutilized and promising niche website on my hands.

On a daily basis I receive questions concerning how one can go about locating profitable and in-demand niches that both buyers are looking for (e.g. for use in site flipping) as well as profitable niches that can produce long-term returns for a its owner.
Truth be told, there is no wizard behind a smoke screen that holds the keys to all of the profitable niches to be had. Instead, you can turn simple everyday occurrences into a chance to dig deeper for profitable niches. Or, if you’re more inclined to utilize online platforms that are filled with niches ripe for the picking, then you’re in luck.
If you are having trouble actually brainstorming ideas for potential profitable niches, there are several online resources at your fingertips that prove to be a goldmine chock full of buying phrases that are high in search volume and don’t contain too much competition, if you put your knowledge of digging deeper for lucrative keywords to use.
Great Places to Begin Your Search
On a daily basis I prowl several websites that aid in my niche research which include:
Amazon
Amazon is filled with thousands of profitable “buying” niches at your fingertips. Below are examples of how to dig through Amazon in order to locate some of the most in-demand items in the marketplace.
Step 1: Choose the general niche you would like to focus on (e.g. gardening, baby, cameras, etc.)

Step 2: Use the “Bestsellers” feature in your specific niche to locate “in-demand” products. Use this information for your keyword research and try to locate more long-tail keywords for popular items that contain substantial amounts of monthly searches, low competition, and for which you can easily rank for.
